A Senior Member over at XDA Developers, Hasoon2000, has just released an all-in-one toolkit for the HTC One M8 that will unlock the bootloader, get root access and install a custom recovery. If you're relatively new to flashing custom ROM s, a toolkit provides you with a single place to do everything you need to to get started. This tool will let you mount image files of hard drive, cd-rom or floppy, and create one or several ramdisks with various parameters. This all-in-one package includes the ImDisk Virtual Disk Driver (2.0.10), the DiscUtils library that extends the number of supported image file formats, and adds several GUIs and features.

Hansoon2000 Toolkit for HTC One X users

Hansoon2000 Toolkit or All-In-One Toolkit is a program developed by xda forum that can perform different task for your HTC phones. HTC One X users can use this tool to root, unlock bootloader and flash recovery on your phone. Hansoon2000 Toolkit is easy to be used and can be used by users who don’t prefer using the command prompt and other developer’s stuff.
The main features of Hansoon2000 Toolkit are the following:

1. Install Recoveries
2. Install Htc Drivers
3. Flash Kernels
4. Unlock Bootloader
5. Relock Bootloader
6. Boot into Recovery
7. Debloat and Debloat Remove

Installing HTC One X All-In-One Toolkit

• The Hansoon2000 Toolkit or All-In-One Toolkit shall be downloaded from here.

• Use an extracting tool like WinRAR or 7-zip to extract the toolkit( To make sure that this toolkit works, extract the One_X_All-In-One_Kit_v1.0.rar directly to drive C: or any directory on your computer. If saved to drive C:, the extracted files should be located at C:One_X_All-In-One_Kit_v1.0.).

• Navigate to the HTC One X All-In-One Toolkit folder.

• The toolkit can be launched by clicking One X.exe.

Using the HTC One X All-In-One Toolkit

Your phone’s Bootloader can be unlocked by the following steps:

• Â Launch the HTC One X All-In-One Toolkit

• Click install HTC Drivers and press GO to install the required files to your pc

• Click Register at HTCDev and press GO, which will direct you to HTC development page. Make an account and login

• Connect your phone to the computer via USB cable and get your phone’s Token ID and press GO. Then a command prompt will appear which displays your phones Token ID. Highlight and copy the entire Token ID

• Select Submit Token ID and submit your Token ID to HTC Development site. Then you’ll receive a file named Unlock_Code.bin via your email. Download the file and save it to the Data folder found inside the HTC One X All-In-One Toolkit folder

• Select unlock Bootloader and click to begin unlocking your phone’s Bootloader

After unlocking the phone’s Bootloader successfully you can now move to flashing custom recovery on your phone. For that you should follow the steps below

• At first connect your phone to the computer via USB cable

• Launch One X.exe

• Select your desired recovery under the recovery section. You can select any one of the following

1. ClockworkMod Touch Recovery 5.8.2.7
2. DoomRecovery B1 (custom ClockworkMod Recovery)
3. Interim (custom ClockworkMod Recovery)
4. Stock recovery

• After making your choice, click Flash Recovery to begin flashing the selected recovery image to your phone

The HTC One X all-in-one toolkit also lets you instantly perform the following commands:

• Â Â Â Boot into Bootloader
• Â Â Â Boot into Recovery
• Â Â Â Â Reboot Phone
• Â Â Â Â Relock Bootloader

Select the desired command and click Do Command.

4)Â

Perform the following steps for permanent root access

• Connect your phone to the computer via USB cable

• Launch One X.exe

• Under the command section, select Boot into Recovery and click Do Command. Wait till your phone boots into Recovery mode

• Under the extras section, select Perm Root and click Run

• Then the toolkit will automatically flash the necessary files to get permanent access on your device

I would like to add for those that like my toolkit, PLEASE DO NOT POST IT ELSEWHERE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!
I have seen multiple sites who copy and paste my work to their site! If I do not approve of it, then do not do it! it will discourage me from adding updates since it is being used for their own benefits!

I spent a good over 10+ hours to learn how to script, watch videos on how to do it, working on it during school when I should have been listening lol and all that fun stuff.
